The Editorial Room
The Editorial Room is a publication club where students plan, create, and produce their own publications based on their interests, ideas, and creativity. Rather than simply writing articles, students experience the full publishing process, including research, writing, illustration, design, editing, and final production.
The club aims to help students express their ideas in a clear and creative way while sharing meaningful information with the school and local community. Through publication projects, members learn how to select important topics, organize content, and communicate messages that can create a positive impact.
The Editorial Room includes several publication-based activities. Through Publisher, students collect their writing, drawings, and ideas to create a complete publication. InfoNova focuses on producing an informative magazine that explains STEM and social issues in an easy-to-understand way. Art History Magazine introduces artworks and the meaning of art history, while Dancheong Tale shares Korean traditional culture through a coloring book project.
Overall, The Editorial Room provides students with a creative space to explore their interests, express their thoughts through writing and visual content, and turn their ideas into meaningful publications.
